Jess is passionate about placing the right person in the right position.
Her experience in learning and development, hr, organisational development, performance management and recruitment allows her to fully immerse herself in the process while sharing her knowledge and watching young professionals grow.
Jess has completed her Bcom Law Degree, Honours in Business Management and Honours in Labour Law.
JADE GOUNDEN
Talent Acquisition Manager
Jade is a Talent Acquisition Manager with 8 years’ experience within the recruitment industry. Her expertise lies within the IT recruitment space with exposure to the finance and supply chain industries.
Her experience is a combination of external and internal recruitment, managing and leading teams as well as training and development.
Not only is she passionate about guiding and developing young recruiters within the industry, she is also a highly organised professional with a keen eye for detail.

Administrative Consultant
Bianca 18 years of experience includes; being an assistant teacher and the PA a Strategic Executive Director. Her versatility allows her to easily adapt to multiple environments.
Bianca’s communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills have made it possible to successfully fulfil multidimensional roles in industries such as; retail, education and business.
